Jesús David Pardo Lamos
For the past 14 years Mr. Pardo has served the energy industry by leading a broad range of Mechanical Integrity (MI) programs. During the last half of his tenure in the industry, Mr. Pardo focused on the development and execution of strategies to better integrate engineering and inspection services.
Prior to ParCol Integrity, Mr. Pardo started his career in oil and gas as a mechanical integrity engineer for Pinnacle Reliability. At Pinnacle, Mr. Pardo held various management roles with responsibilities that varied from project management to full P&L ownership of a business unit.
Mr. Pardo received his B.S in Mechanical Engineering from Grand Valley State University.
Euler Jimenez G.
Mr. Jimenez has devoted over 40 years to combustion systems and direct-fired process heaters for oil refineries, upgraders and petroleum production facilities. He has conducted and managed a wide variety of technical projects with emphasis on continuous efficiency enhancement and reliability of process heaters. He has also delivered combustion training courses for operators and engineers.
Mr. Jimenez worked 11 years for INTEVEP, the R&D Branch of Petróleos de Venezuela, S. A. (PDVSA) where he managed the Combustion Section of the Refining Department and was responsible for providing technical assistance to operating affiliates and for conducting research activities in combustion, including the development of Orimulsionâ as a new boiler fuel. He coauthored seven US Patents in Combustion and Emulsion Technology.
Mr. Jimenez also co-founded and directed a combustion and energy consulting firm for 24 years and since 2018 he has conducted freelance consultancy activities as well as technical courses on fired heaters
Mr. Jimenez holds a B. S. In Chemistry (Technology Option) from Simon Bolivar University, Caracas and an M. Sc. in Advanced Chemical Engineering, from UMIST (the University of Manchester), UK.
Daniel Fosado
For the past 15 years, Mr. Fosado has been working in the field of sustainability, leading, creating, and mentoring sustainable businesses and projects. Over the years, he has undertaken various sustainable development projects with an emphasis on ESG, eco-efficiency, and cleaner production for several industries, producers, and startups.
Mr. Fosado founded and directed an NGO and a sustainability consultancy firm in Mexico for 7 years. Additionally, he co-founded one of the Top Ten Startups for SXSW Austin in 2019, which created a cleaner that provided a more efficient industrial cleaning processes by replacing toxics with enzymatic bio-degreasers.
Before embarking on his consultancy career, Mr. Fosado served as an Advisor to the Environment Minister of the Mexican Government from 2007 to 2011. He received his B.S in Marketing and a Master’s Degree in Sustainable Development Sciences from the Engineering School of Tecnológico de Monterrey in Mexico.
